smartDESIGN transformed a run-down three-story wood-framed building that had been vacant for several years into appealing condominiums in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Each of the three floors was developed into a 1,500SF condo with two bedrooms, large walk-in closets, laundry, and modern kitchens and bathrooms. Each of the units has a unique circular entry foyer and abundant natural light in every room.
