A fully accessible retirement house was built into the side of a wooded slope on the property of a farm that had been in the family for generations. The house is oriented to maximize views to a large pond and an expanded lawn area for gatherings of the extended family. The existing farmhouse was renovated to function as a guest house with a new screen porch that overlooks the new house, the pond, and the lawn.
