smartDESIGN designed a custom manor house to anchor a large equestrian farm. The distinctive style incorporates traditional forms, materials, and details to create a stately residence for a refined country estate. The design includes a private motor court with a two car attached garage with bonus room, a stand-alone sports car garage, and an open kitchen, dining area, and great room that overlook a formal garden with a pergola off of the rear deck. The pergola extends to a quaint garden pavilion with indoor and outdoor fireplaces and great views of the lawns, horse barn, and training facilities beyond. The sleeping quarters include an amazing master suite with a private sitting room and two guest suites with walk-in closets, soaking tubs, and large tile and glass showers.
